Hi Folks,

I'm still struggling to understand how this all works (blogging stuff and how to drive it). Anyway, I don't know if it's too late with this blog to satisfy eportfolio requirements?

I've managed to produce a word document of sorts and just need to link references with this blog and add pictures. I think that is what is required. Does anybody know how I link a document and blog pictures together?

Outside frames

This is probably the closest we will get to the real thing until we find jobs. A cool thing to do. Great fun, all of use working as a team.

I remember something "John" the lecturer said --- take photo's of a new construction framework where switches, sockets and other fittings will be prior to GIB'ing as they often GIB over these areas.

I got a big buz out of this exercise. I've always enjoyed the practical side of things. If you want to know why it looks good, thats because I can't do it any other way.It's got to be neat and tidy.

Obviously the thicker the cables the more difficult they are to bend so making sure the radii are not too small.

Test 2 about regs was not very nice. The only way to get ahead is familiarisation, the more you do it , the better you become. Understanding the question is the biggest hurdle to enable you to at least attempt to find the right reference.

Test 1 wasn't too bad all things considered. Helpful comment from Martin saying more work needed for cable sizing questiones. what is needed is lecturer to systematically go through the questions showing comprehensive steps with adequate explainations . What do you think?
